While I agree the real issue rests with the perpetrators I am not sure how we go there whutoit seriously impacting other basic rights.In the case of the 16th street shooter in Phoenix recently nothing would have easily predicted his behavior. He was not randomly shooting, he was not considered mentally unstable by most standards, he was just angry.Am I my brothers keeper? perhaps we all need to be more willing to take action when we see potential danger.
